1840s EARLY CUT GLASS SWAGS & DIAMONDS OVAL DECANTER CUT NOTCHED LIP & STOPPER

Here's a scarce early cut glass Swags & Diamonds oval decanter from the 1820-1840 era.....cut glass swags with diamonds and slanted bars around middle....cut panels around base...cut thumbprints around shoulder....cut V notches around flared curved lip which has a pour spout....ground/polished pontil bottom.....oval....6 1/4"tall (7 3/4"with stopper).....Decanter is sparkling clean but has a couple small shallow chips at base edge & a couple small chips on notched collar. The stopper has cut panels but doesnt appear to be original to this decanter, as it dont fit snug. However, it looks right with the cut notches. It has some small nicks on edge...
