    This auction is for a scrap quilt top in off-whites background, and blue and green blocks. The block pattern is Burgoyne Surround. It was named after General John Burgoyne, a British army officer during the American Revolution. He was defeated by American troops October 1777 at Saratoga, New York. Each block has 97 pieces. It is done in scrap with the background in whites, creams, tans, pinks, etc. The main design is in scrap blue and green. There are 12 blocks that are latticed and have 9 patch cornerstones. It is 56 x 73 inches. It is cotton and new. It is Machine-pieced, pre-laundered, clean and pressed. There are no holes, rips, stains, or tears. It is from a smoke and pet free environment.
