She has blonde curly corn silk  hair in a pony tail, green eyes, and an open mouth with her upper teeth showing a missing tooth.

Her blue shoes are original Cabbage Patch Kids shoes and her sox as well.
The earrings are not original to the doll.
This is a rescued doll & may have tiny imperfections and her hair may need attention.
Due to embellishments on the clothes, this doll is not suitable for young children.
