Add a Curved Fishing Rod Butt to your favorite fishing rod! Turn a straight butt rod to an inshore or offshore fishing machine. Add new life to older equipment!
Do it yourself (see video below) and save or easily installed by your favorite local rod builder.
Specifications: 1 1/4" OD aluminum pipe, 20" length, 35 degree angle bend. Inside diameter is 1.030" & .125 wall thickness.
Unit can be cut to desired length.
Simply cut rod below reel seat, strip grip material layer, masking tape to center and epoxy in place.Reuse your gimbal cap or epoxy a new one onto the end of the butt.
