Mid 19th century fancy flint glass liquor decanter. It has a ground and polished pontil base and a flared lip. The body has eight fancy vertical ribs and a bulbous form. It is often referred to as a Pittsburgh Pillar Mold decanter. The long neck has applied rings and is ground on the inside to fit a stopper. The glass has a few no harm inclusions and some little wear spots on the edges and base. It stands 10" tall and app. 5 1/2" wide. It has no been washed and could use a cleaning with soap and water. It has some little spots of stain that might clean out. The pictures are accurate as to its condition. Please look at my other auctions.
