Nichols Stallion .45 Cap Gun, First Model

Description

This replica gun contains the colored markings required by law, including a permanently attached orange plug.  Also, this cap gun is a toy and cannot fire projectiles.
This auction is for a first model Nichols Stallion .45.  It is a diecast cap gun approximately 12" long.  It has a revolving cylinder and a bullet ejector.  The finish is shiny nickle and the grips are brown plastic with a longhorn on one side and a rearing bronco on the other.  These grips are relatively new replacement grips, but are true duplicates of the originals.
This cap gun is in good condition for its age.  The cylinder revolves with every pull of the trigger, and the bullet ejector works as intended.  The finish is without any major blemishes.  There is some separation (see picture 5) in the bottom side of the frame. and the cylinder gate falls open when the trigger is pulled (see picture 4).  Other than the replacement grips, all parts appear to be original.
