    Every one of these I have had before had either Stanley or the patent date on it.  I believe they were all made by Stanley.  This one is the first I have seen marked Otto Bernz Co., Newark, N.J.; marked on both handles;
    Used to expand a hole in lead pipe to fit another pipe in the hole.
