Longhorn Texan Jr Cast Iron cap pistol-Longhorn Leather Holster
has been used, but it is in very good working condition. It comes with a really nice heavy leather Longhorn holster which would
even be suitable for a 45 auto.
This Texan Jr. with the rampant colt logo was only manufactured in 1938. The Colt Firearms Co. threatened Hubley with a lawsuit for copyright infringement, so the toymaker changed the emblem to a star. Hubley made a number of different guns with the colt logo that year and they're fairly rare. The Texan Jr. is harder to find than the Texan from the same year. Just thought you'd like a little background.
This replica gun contains the colored markings required by law, including a permanently attached orange plug.
