Return Policy
We do NOT accept returns on television boards.
This board has been tested to be in 100% working order by our TV repair technicians.
Troubleshooting modern TVs is a complicated process. Multiple boards and even the display itself can show similar symptoms of failure as described below.
Because we cannot diagnose your television, and we do not know the extent of your TV repair knowledge, we do NOT accept returns on our boards. We do NOT accept returns on boards that were bought wrong due to misdiagnosis. We do NOT accept returns on boards that were bought by mistake due to buying the wrong version of the board. If you have misdiagnosed your TV and / or ordered the wrong board / version, you may consider reselling this board on eBay to recover your costs as we do NOT accept returns.
Troubleshooting TV Failures
Make sure to check all ribbons and connections before testing boards! Make sure your board numbers match! Some TV models have different versions of the same type of board. Make sure you are buying the correct version. LG and Vizio TVs need to be plugged in several minutes before turning on.
Power Supply:  No power, no light on front of TV, blown fuse or shorted components on power supply. (Note:  Some symptoms may appear to be a bad Power Supply but could also be the Main PC Board, Inverter Board, or even the LCD Panel itself)
Main Board:  Standby light is on but no power, TV shuts on and off by itself, HDMI doesn't work, or the video or audio does not work.
T-Con Board:  Problems w/ video (no video w/ backlights on, graininess, distortion, and color problems).
Backlight Inverter:  No picture w/standby light on or see shadows of video and backlight doesn't turn on (Note:  this could also be a sign of a bad Power Supply). This could also be bad LEDs in the panel itself.
X-Sus / Y-Sus / Buffer Boards (Plasma TVs only):  Standby light is on or blinking but no picture or distorted / washed out picture.
LED / LCD / Plasma Panel (Screen):  No power, no picture, lines, distortion, slow motion, half screen, black bar, or fading in and out.
