Unbranded Pistol Grip Fishing Rod Handle 5/16 rod diameter

Up for sale is this old pistol grip rod handle. I don't believe this handle has been used. Even though I have listed it that way. Primarily because it needs a cleaning. Handle is rubber and hard plastic. Just a little over 11 inches in length. Rod diameter hole is roughly 5/16". Any questions, feel free to ask.
