Vintage 1981 Japanese UNO Card Game by TOMY and I.G.I. - Complete Japan

Here's an interesting find!
This is a Japanese version of the UNO card game, dated 1981.  It is by TOMY and I.G.I.
Box is multilingual with English and Japanese.  Instructions are completely in Japanese except for the cover page.
The cards look like normal English game cards.  SOME of the Wild and Draw Four cards read "Made in Hong Kong"
The card game is complete.  Here's what you get:
- 108 cards
- Instructions paper
- Insert Promotional Paper
- Original box.
CONDITION - Preowned, cards are in good shape with minimal to slight wear - instructions in good shape but has one corner of damage on the last page, promotional insert paper's front cover is damaged and looks ugly, otherwise readable and the rest of the pages in good shape.  Box has some writing in silver on the backside, some tape along the bottom, and some slight wear, otherwise is holding up.  Please see all pictures.
