ABOUT ELECTRONICS
We purchase our electronics from a number of sources.  In most cases these pieces come from surplus and business liquidation sales and auctions.  These pieces are often used but in good working condition.  We try to describe our items as best as possible and provide a number of quality photographs.  When possible we try to test our items to see if they are fully functional.  However, we are not always able to fully test an item and when we can't we mention that in the description.  Some of our items are sold as is with no returns and many of our items have a 30 day return window.  Each auction will provide information about condition and returns.  We never intentionally sell broken items, and if we do sell you a broken item that we said worked, we will take it back.  If we state that an item is broken then we don't accept returns on those items.
SHIPPING
When possible we can combine shipping.  If you purchase more than one item please send us an email and request combined shipping.  We will do our best to save you money on shipping when we can.  We can also ship outside of the United States on most items.  If you have questions about international shipping please email us before bidding.  We provide tracking numbers with our shipments and they will be uploaded to the auction when the item ships.  We take pride in our packaging and do a quality job of packing all of our items.  We use quality new packing materials and boxes.  We generally ship with FedEx but there are some occasions when items have to be mailed with the United States Postal Service.  Most items are shipped with FedEx Ground or Home Delivery.  Sometimes we also use FedEx SmartPost.  We ship within 5 business days of receiving payment.  Generally we ship on Mondays and Fridays.
PAYMENT
We accept either PayPal or credit card payments via our merchant card service.  We can accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.  If you wish to pay with a credit card please email us to make payment arrangements.
