    CONDITION:
    Has wear, some minor surface rust and light age toning the gear moves and turns as it should, little wobbly in the head and neck area. Will need cleaned up
    Nice tool semi clean. Does  have scratches, marks, grease stains, minor surface rust and other imperfections. This tool is old and was used as intended. This would be a great wall hanger for the tool
    enthusiasts
    shop.
