    The plumbers at work replaced this valve because they were looking for the cause of a low pressure situation.  After replacing this valve we opened it up and the professional plumbers said the problem was somewhere else because this valve seemed perfect to them.  The filter screen shown in one of the pictures did not even need cleaning.
